Join us for a deeply calming evening designed to help you slow down, reset, and completely unwind.
This special Yin & Nidra session begins with gentle yin yoga, where poses are held for longer periods to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. It also strengthens the fascia tissues (an important collagen that supports the majority of structures in the body).
We’ll then transition into a guided Yoga Nidra — a restorative meditation often described as “dream yoga” — which uses your Theta brainwaves to allow the body to fully rest, and let the mind settle into stillness.
This is perfect if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time for yourself.
