
Caz is the founder of CB Fitness Pilates and has won multiple awards for her teaching in both the fitness and small business industries. She has a passion for teaching Pilates, having fallen in love with it herself when she was struggling with her own mental health battles, and is now on a mission to help others fall in love with its power! Whether in a group class setting or weekday 1:1 sessions, you will leave her sessions feeling more relaxed, self-confident, positive, and stretched!
Caz is also a qualified pre & postnatal instructor... some say the "baby-whisperer"!
