Caz is the founder and director of CB Fitness Pilates and has won multiple awards for her teaching in both the fitness and small business industries. She has a passion for teaching Pilates, having fallen in love with it herself while struggling with her own mental health battles, and is now on a mission to help others discover its power! Whether in a group class setting or weekly 1:1s, you will leave her sessions feeling more relaxed, confident, positive, and stretched!
Caz is also a qualified pre & postnatal Pilates instructor... some say the "baby-whisperer"!
"For me, Pilates is just as much about mental well-being as it is about physical fitness. I love the sense of calm and focus it brings after a session – it grounds me, energises me, and keeps both my body and mind strong. It’s this feeling that inspired me to share Pilates with others."

Jen leads our mat Pilates classes on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings.
She’s a Level 3 Pilates instructor and is currently working toward her Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
"I love Pilates because the benefits reach beyond that of the physical aspect. Pilates requires you to focus and be present in the moment. Controlling your body and moving with intention brings a deeper sense of connection and awareness of yourself. For me, seeing the many positive changes that come through the practice of Pilates is why I love to teach and share the journey with everyone who joins me on the mat."

Kim is our "OG" mat & reformer Pilates teacher here at the studio, and is loved by all. She is passionate about helping others improve their mobility, flexibility, and self-confidence.
Although Kim will be away from her usual classes for the next few months due to new adventures, she will be back as soon as she can!
